Music Artists often need to find a balance that helps them keep a fan base and stay relevant. One artist that I can think of that has done this- has done so by unapologetically being herself. She has collaborated with the likes of Ciara, Aaliyah, Jay-Z, Pharrell, Alyson Stoner, and but not limited to Timbaland. I am fully aware that  her career has not been a cake walk. However, in my opinion, this artist has made her career look easy.

Missy ‘Misdemeanor’ Elliott has just broken a record guys!!! She was inducted into: the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Friday November 03, 2023. This is big news Peeps. Missy is the first female rapper to be inducted into the Hall! Missy was joined by the likes of other nominees such as Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow, George Michael, Cyndi Lauper, and more. Honestly, I am surprised that she has not received this induction sooner than now. I am super proud of Missy for facing adversity and continuing to show class and grace in the public eye.
